Conversion Optimization:

Optimize your Landing Page(s) to Confirmation Page (and every step in-between)

These entry-level optimization services examine the website visitor experience after the point from which they've decided to convert into customer, client, or prospect. Conversion Optimization services don't intend to address persuasion elements (those which influence the visitor's decision to convert); rather, these services focus solely on conversion elements by reducing friction for the visitor with tactical fixes and improvements to your site's design, copy and structure.

Timeframe: Starts now. Clients begin implementing in first week

Budget: A couple thousand upfront, a few hundred per month

Best for: B2C (pure-play or click-and-mortar)


Measures of Success:

Improved landing page performance, lower cart abandonment, increase search ROI. Essentially, recollecting revenue that's sitting on the table and is rightfully yours.

Limitations:

Focus is on collecting the revenue your current site should generate, as opposed to the revenue it could generate if it were planned from the customer's perspective (i.e., conversion, not persuasion).

On the Tall end of the spectrum, the goal is to help you become the testing and conversion expert. Persuasion Scenario Analysis (PSA)

Your ability to persuade online visitors to take action is the secret to vast improvements in generating revenue. With the Persuasion Scenario Analysis, you will have the tools to enhance the visitor (read: customer) experience. If you are a small or mid-sized organization, you can take advantage of Persuasion ArchitectureTM methodology by making both improvements to your websites without committing the resources necessary for a full redesign. Larger organizations, meanwhile, often use the PSA to assess individual product lines and campaigns without disrupting existing key elements of their online strategy.

The PSA examines your website from the perspective of hypothetical customers. In Tall and Grande PSA's, customers are modeled with personality profiles,like personas, but less fleshed-out. Those opting for the Venti PSA will receive three-dimensional psychographic customer personas.
