With a PSA, our Persuasion and Conversion experts analyze the website according to what really motivates your customers. We do this by creating hypothetical customers, known as profiles. For sites requiring a deeper level of insight, and new scenarios planned after a PSA, we offer a Persona-based Scenario Analysis.

What you won't get with a Tall or Grande PSA

While the Tall & Grande PSA will give you tactical suggestions and prioritized recommendations for improving your site, they stop short of giving you a full planning solution for mapping your sales process with your customer's buying process. Getting Started with a Persuasion Scenario Analysis

Profile-based PSA's come in two sizes- Tall or Grande:

Tall PSA: customer experience assessment

This standard assessment traces four key scenarios for four different customer profiles (Competitive, Methodical, Spontaneous, and Humanistic). These four scenarios are then represented from four unique driving points in order to assess the site's ability to persuade a given profile at either the early, middle or late stages of the customer's buying process. A team of Persuasion Analysts and Conversion Analysts then decides which driving point to pair with each profile to complete the scenario.

The focus of this analysis is to show gaps in the persuasive momentum experienced by the customer and hurdles in the sales process that should be reworked or removed in order to increase conversion. Tall PSA's start at $15,000, and are rarely more than $20,000. They're delivered within six (6) weeks, leaving time for implementation within the quarter.

We begin with phone consultations, performing a Micro-uncovery process which allows our team to create profiles. We then analyzing scent trails, and deliver our recommendations. Once we're finished, and you've reviewed the work, we'll get together for follow-up consulting calls to help you prioritize implementation.

      

Grande PSA: expert customer experience assessment

The Grande PSA gives you everything you get with the Tall, and a deeper dive. Rather than showing you four scenarios at various stages of the buying process per profile, Grande shows you where scent breaks down for all stages of the buying process, for all profiles. Short of doing full personas (available with the Venti PSA), the Grande PSA is the most comprehensive way to improve your site's performance without a redesign.

The Grande PSA starts at $35,000, and is rarely more than $45,000. They're delivered within six (6) weeks, leaving time for implementation within the quarter. Follow up consulting for prioritizing implementation is also included.
